Kim Daboo, Director

Kim has been involved with Clumber Spaniels since 1997, when she acquired Chewy after 25 dogless years. She was Secretary of the Clumber Spaniel Club of America from 2000 to 2006. Other club memberships and affiliations include the Williana, Canadian and UK Clumber clubs, Beaver County Kennel Club, Laurel Highlands Kennel Association, and the Pittsburgh English Springer Spaniel Field Trial Club.

Kim and her husband Cyrus created the Piper Fund in 2006 in memory of Am/Can Ch Bella Vita The Sandpiper, a four year old Clumber bitch lost to an auto-immune condition. This fund was a great impetus to the creation of the CSHF, which today oversees the management of the fund. As an IT professional Kim also brings those skills to the CSHF.

In addition to showing her dogs in conformation, Kim also enjoys tracking, obedience, and hunt tests. She lives in Pittsburgh with Cyrus and their two children. They currently share their home with two Clumbers, Penguin and Bubba. She also serves on the board of directors of Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania and has been an Associate Class Agent for Williams College.
